Outline:

The Editor-in-Chief began the meeting by introducing AccScience Publishing, the publisher behind Embodied Intelligence and Robotics (EIR), and the basic information of the journal. As EIR is a brand new journal, some journal elements were clarified at the meeting. In view of the status and goals of the journal, the Editor-in-Chief proposes some tasks and valuable advice. This meeting was good for shaping the future of the journal of Embodied Intelligence and Robotics.

The editorial office sincerely thanks for all editorial board members who participated in the meeting as well as those who would like to contribute to the journal.
